About Nodevaro

Many specialities, one small team, and nothing lost in the handoff.

Nodevaro started because we kept seeing the same thing happen: a business hires a web developer, then a data person, then an automation freelancer, then a marketing agency, and none of them know what the others have built.

Our story

How we got here

We started out as separate freelancers: one building websites and apps, one building Power BI dashboards, one building n8n workflows, and one running paid campaigns. We kept getting called onto the same projects to clean up after each other.

Nodevaro is what happened when we stopped taking those jobs separately and started taking them together. The name comes from the “nodes” that link a workflow together, which is exactly what we do for a business. We build the connections between the parts that used to be handled in isolation: Power BI dashboards for small business owners, fully automated booking assistants for clinics, and Android apps built alongside the website.

What we kept seeing
  • A website launched with no way to capture leads.
  • A workflow built with nowhere for its results to go.
  • A dashboard nobody had been shown how to read.
  • An ad campaign sending people to a form nobody checked.

Every one of these is a handoff problem, and every one disappears when the same team builds all the pieces.

How we work

Small on purpose. Selective by choice.

We keep the team small deliberately. Every client speaks directly to the person doing the work. There’s no account manager relaying requests to a developer three time zones away. Understanding what you need, designing the solution and delivering it are all handled by that same person, so nothing gets lost turning your needs into a brief for somebody else.

It also means we’re choosy about the work we take on. We’d rather do fewer projects really well and stay easy to reach than grow into the kind of agency we used to get called in to fix.

What we value

Four principles you’ll notice in how every project runs.

Plain language

No jargon dressed up to sound impressive. If we can’t explain what something does in one sentence, we haven’t finished designing it.

Working software over slide decks

We’d rather show you a working prototype in the first week than a polished presentation. You should see progress, not promises.

We own the outcome

If an automation breaks or a page slows down, it’s our job to catch it, not something you should have to notice first.

The right size, not the biggest

A five-person business doesn’t need enterprise software. We build what you actually need to run and grow.

Who’s behind it

The people doing the work.
