Four specialities, one small team, no handoffs lost in translation.
Nodevaro exists because we kept seeing the same problem: a business hires a web developer, then a data person, then an automation freelancer, then a marketing agency and none of them know what the others built.
How we got here
We started as separate contractors one building websites and apps, one building Power BI dashboards, one building n8n workflows, one running paid campaigns and kept getting brought onto the same projects to clean up after each other. A site launched with no way to capture leads. A workflow built with nowhere for its output to go. A dashboard nobody was trained to read. A campaign driving traffic to a form nobody was checking.
Nodevaro is what happened when we stopped taking those jobs separately and started taking them together. The name comes from the "nodes" that connect a workflow which is exactly what we do for a business: build the working connections between the parts that used to be handled in isolation, from Power BI dashboards for small business owners to fully automated AI booking assistants for clinics to Android apps built alongside the web build.
How we work
We keep the team small on purpose. Every client talks directly to the person doing the work there's no account manager relaying requests between you and a developer three time zones away. Requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery are handled end to end by that same person, so nothing gets lost translating your needs into a brief for someone else.
That also means we're selective about what we take on. We'd rather do fewer projects well and stay reachable than scale into the kind of agency we used to get called in to fix.
Four things that show up in how a project actually runs.
Plain language
No jargon dressed up to sound impressive. If we can't explain what something does in one sentence, we haven't finished designing it.
Working software over decks
We'd rather show you a working prototype in week one than a polished slide deck. You should see progress, not promises.
Own the outcome
If an automation breaks or a page slows down, that's on us to catch not something you should have to notice first.
Right-sized, not maximal
A five-person business doesn't need enterprise tooling. We scope for what you actually need to run and grow.
The people doing the work.
